Description.
The main activity is the creation of the WCPD Network. Action line 1: Creation of the observatory on Diabetes Prevention research calls/grants published all over the world. Action line 2: Submit different research proposals on Diabetes Prevention to International research agencies and grant calls. Action line 3: Creation of WCPD project´s International database on diabetes prevention. The DB will be uploaded into the WCPD website. Action Line 4: Creation of WCPD scientific presentations/publications database. The DB will be uploaded into the WCPD website |

Description
Action Line 1: Development of Diabetes Prevention Curriculum based on IMAGE and CDC programs, to be included in the WCPD website. Action line 2: Training workshops for coachers in lifestyles modification Action Line 3: Creation and implementation of a virtual open platform for citizen participation to improve information services, health education in promoting healthy lifestyles for the prevention of diabetes life. In design. Action line 4: Preparation activities for a future Online International Master Degree on Diabetes Prevention, in collaboration with the University Cayetano Heredia in Peru. |

Description
Action Line 1: Publication of WCPD periodic (quarterly) online newsletter in the WCPD website. Design information campaign on prevention of diabetes. Action Line 2: Creation of the “Open World Journal on Prevention of Diabetes” (Open-WJPD), a free- initiative offering the International scientific community to upload and publish any proposal, project or result on Diabetes Prevention all over the world. |
